For Designers
The designer certification path has three progressive levels. Each level requires ACSP membership, additional years of experience, and successful completion of the certification process.
Registered Storage Designer
Entry professional designation for storage design professionals.
Prerequisites:
- Current ACSP membership
- A minimum of one year of full-time closet/storage design experience
Certified Storage Designer
Certified professional with demonstrated storage-design competency.
Prerequisites:
- Current ACSP membership
- Certification as a Registered Storage Designer (RSD)
- A minimum of five years of full-time closet/storage design experience
Master Storage Designer
Highest ACSP designer designation, reserved for master-level professionals.
Prerequisites:
- Current ACSP membership
- Certification as a Certified Storage Designer (CSD)
- At least ten years of full-time experience in the closet/storage industry
For Installers
Registered Installer
Professional trained and registered in proper storage-system installation.
For installers — validates proper training in storage-system installation techniques.
Prerequisites:
- Current ACSP membership
